Sportsroyals Power Tower vs Stamina Full Body Power Tower 735
Quick verdict
Winner on Gym Score: Sportsroyals Power Tower (90)
Sportsroyals is the stronger pull-up/dip station at 450 lb capacity; Fortress is the same core station (pull-up, dip, knee raise) plus an integrated plyo box (16-24"). If you want plyo training, Fortress is the right answer at a similar price. If you weigh over 250 lb or want to do weighted dips above 100 lb total, the Sportsroyals' higher capacity is the better call. The deciding factor: weight rating (Sportsroyals) vs plyo functionality (Fortress).
Choose the Sportsroyals if you weigh over 220 lb, plan to do weighted pull-ups or dips with significant added weight, and don't need plyo training capability.

- · Bodyweight-first lifters who can't justify a full power rack
- · Apartments and basements without ceiling joists strong enough for a wall-mounted pull-up bar
- · Home gyms wanting one tool covering pull-ups, dips, knee raises, and elevated push-ups

- · Lifters who want bodyweight strength plus low-box plyometrics in one footprint, and who do not need to lift more than around 225 lb of bodyweight plus added load.

The real tradeoff
Weight capacity gap is real (450 lb vs 250 lb). The Fortress's 250 lb rating is fine for unweighted pull-ups for most users but limiting for heavy weighted work or larger lifters. Plyo functionality is the Fortress's differentiator — buying a separate plyo box costs $80-200 and takes additional floor space, so the integration is real value if you'll use it. If plyo isn't part of your training, the Sportsroyals' higher capacity is more useful.
Skip both if you rent and can't have a freestanding tower. The Iron Gym at /product/iron-gym-pull-up-bar mounts in a doorway with no drilling.
Buyer questions
How adjustable is the Fortress's plyo box?
Adjustable from 16 to 24 inches in 2-inch increments. That covers most plyo training needs — step-ups (16"), explosive jumps (20-22"), advanced jumps (24"). The integration is functional, not a gimmick.
Will I hit the Fortress's 250 lb limit?
Body weight only: most users won't. Body + weighted vest or belt: easily, if you add 50+ lb. For weighted training, the Sportsroyals (450 lb) is the safer choice.
Is the Smart Workout app actually useful?
Limited — basic workout tracking and exercise demonstrations. Not in the same category as Peloton or iFIT. Use the Fortress for the hardware; don't expect app-driven training.
