AmStaff Fitness Olympic Weight Plate Holder
by AmStaff Fitness
Score
A pair of plate horns for 2x2 uprights with 1-inch holes, rated by the maker to 300 lb. Plate storage on the rack is the attachment that pays for itself twice: it clears the floor and it weighs the rack down.

- Anyone whose plates currently live on the floor, and anyone with an unbolted rack that shifts during dips or pull-ups. Loaded horns add ballast where you need it.
- Your rack is 3x3 or uses 5/8-inch hardware, or your rack sits tight against a wall where horns would be unreachable.
Strengths
- ↑Heavy Gauge Steel
- ↑300 Lb Maker Rating
- ↑Sold As A Pair
Weaknesses

Buyer sentiment
Based on 25 user mentionsBuyers praise the heavy-gauge steel and the pair pricing. Some flag that loaded horns narrow the walk-in space.

Apartment and garage savior. Folds flat to 4" against the wall when not in use. Pricier per vertical inch of rack, but the only rack that truly disappears.
The budget benchmark for power racks. Imported 2x3" steel, fewer accessories than Rogue or REP, but the entry point for thousands of first-time home gym builders.
The cheapest full cage here that still states an ASTM-tested frame. CAP publishes 11- and 12-gauge steel tubing, a 46x50x85 inch footprint and 54 lb shipping weight, with J-cups, a pull-up bar and weight posts included.
The one cage here that ships with a lat pulldown rather than selling it as an attachment. Sportsroyals states a 1200 lb capacity on a 50x50mm commercial steel frame, with upper and lower pulleys included.
The half-rack option, which is the right shape when ceiling height or floor space rules out a full cage. FLYBIRD state an integrated pull-up bar and adjustable uprights.
